HR Generalist

Position Overview

The HR Generalist will partner with managers and employees to support the full employee lifecycle while providing guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, merit processes, and separations

  
  
• 
  

  Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance

  
  
• 
  

  Support implementation of HR programs aligned with business needs and organizational goals

  
  
• 
  

  Provide guidance on employee relations matters and best HR practices

  Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using HR systems and tools

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Prior experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role

  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to partner effectively with leaders and employees at all levels
