What to Expect

As part of the Passive Safety Component testing team, the test coordinator will beresponsible for managing testing and development activities relating to occupantclassification and vehicle dimensional measurements.


What You'll Do
  • The role requires someone neatly organized, objectively focused, and with ability tomanage their own daily routine
  • Coordinate and schedule in-cabin radar tests involving human subjects (newbornthrough adult), ensuring adherence to safety and ethical guidelines
  • Serve as primary point of contact with test participants; manage scheduling,communication, and check-in/out during test days
  • Support preparation of consent forms and maintain accurate participant records
  • Assist with test documentation, including data logging, note-taking, and compiling results into standardized test reports
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to align test plans, verify readiness of testequipment, and ensure test protocols are followed
  • Help track project milestones, maintain schedule, and communicate progress/statusupdates to the broader team
  • Support lab organization and administrative tasks as needed (participant coordination,eport filing, scheduling recurring tests)

What You'll Bring
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the patience andprofessionalism to interact with test subjects of all ages
  • Attention to detail in documentation, recordkeeping, and following establishedprocedures
  • Proficiency using office and technical 101s for scheduling, documentation, andreporting (Excel, Word, JIRA, or similar)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment and coordinate effectively withengineers and technicians
  • Proactive, adaptable attitude with willingness to step into different roles as needed
  • Degree in a technical or administrative field, or equivalent relevant experience

    Expected Compensation
    $18.40 - $39.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
