As a GSOC Operator - Grave Shift in Milpitas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will monitor and coordinate communications, assist with incident response, and help to deter security-related incidents through exceptional attention and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Monitor and coordinate communication between various areas within the logistics and distribution location to support security-related operations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken as required.
• Dispatch security-related personnel as needed and maintain accurate records of all activities and communications.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Operate communication equipment to relay information and coordinate responses with Allied Universal personnel and site staff.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to help to deter loss, manage access control, and report any observed irregularities.
• Support Allied Universal management in implementing site-specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
