Staffmark is seeking a motivated Transportation Delivery Appointment Scheduler to join our logistics team in Des Plaines, IL. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status, shipping information, billing, and other customer needs. Perform data entry into Excel and/or customer databases to update order details. Ensure accurate and timely customer support while maintaining professional communication. Qualifications: 1 year of Customer Service experience in the logistics industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
