Description A premium security integrator that work on large enterprise projects all throughout the United States. They are a multi-million dollar company that has corporate locations along with Franchise locations all across the U.S. Full time 40 hours role for Temp to Perm position Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm They use NetSuite and a proprietary software called 101Ware. Experience in MS Office software, and experience in NetSuite would be ideal. Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable - handling financial records and documentation. Good communication skills to work with internal teams and with customers Good coordination skills - to handle internal terms and manage client issues Responsibilities for the Assistant: Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable balances Manage procurement, inventory, and utilization of project equipment and consumables Collect, complete, and execute project documentation and financial contracts Coordinate with the Field Team on customer communication, updates, and scheduling Assist with ancillary branch operations as needed Prepare base data required for monthly job billing Skills Collection, Accounting, accounts receivable/payable, aging report, past due accounts, outbound calls, Data analysis Top Skills Details Collection,Accounting,accounts receivable/payable,aging report,past due accounts,outbound calls Additional Skills & Qualifications Controller Financials Accounting Data analysis Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
