JOB SUMMARY
EV Battery Solutions (EVBS) is seeking a proactive Business Intelligence Senior Analyst (located in Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, or Atlanta) to help build and mature our data reporting and analytics. In this role, you will partner with Engineering, Operations, Software Engineering, Client Solutions, and Sales to drive best in class reporting/analytics for internal stakeholders and clients. The Business Intelligence (BI) Senior Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, dashboards, and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations. If you are highly organized, motivated, and an exceptional communicator, this position offers the opportunity to shape data strategy in the rapidly evolving EV battery space while expanding your technical and leadership capabilities. USD 89,400.00 - 134,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
