SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Corporate and Licensing Specialist that will oversee the company's professional licensing program, including contractor and business license renewals, tracking company and qualifying individual licenses, and ensuring compliance with licensing laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions. Oversee and manage the company's corporate entity registrations, including new formations, qualifications and renewals and assist attorneys with corporate governance matters generally. Interact with all levels of the company and serve as point of contact for corporate and regulatory matters as it relates to registration, licensing and governance matters. RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $68,700 - $103,100. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). If applicable: This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. #LI-BS1 Please make note:
