• Support billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Review financial data to ensure correct charges and documentation
• Assist with new billing workflows and evolving financial procedures
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify and correct billing issues
• Maintain organized records and support audit-ready documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement within billing and finance operations
