Staffmark is seeking experienced and safety-focused Warehouse Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a dynamic warehouse team in Hagerstown, MD. Pay:3rd Shift: $22.50/hr (Sun-Thurs, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM) Responsibilities: Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stage orders Perform order picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading Handle inventory control, labeling, and documentation using RF scanners Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Support shipping and receiving operations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Complete daily logs and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid forklift certification required 1+ year of experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks also preferred) in a warehouse or distribution center Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-player mindset Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and basic warehouse software Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
