Job Summary: The Field Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and prioritizing all maintenance work for both internal and external customers performed in the field service areas of responsibility for equipment maintenance service. This position has major responsibilities to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction. Essential Functions:
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values-Based Leadership (VBL) tools, and demonstrates the alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Acts as the primary contact for internal and external customers as it pertains to field maintenance work orders, and ensures we provide legendary customer service
- Collaborates to fulfill quotes for internal and external customers and reviews work orders/invoices for clients
- Acts as a liaison between sales, parts, the service department, and operations support
- Assists in reporting field maintenance safety violations, environmental damages, and prompts compliance with company operating policies
- Opens, reviews, and supports to close work orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Effective use of departmental systems to accurately schedule preventive maintenance, including ordering parts and logistics
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works with a safety mindset and adheres to all applicable company policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of heavy equipment/power systems operations and maintenance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrate reliable phone and people skills
- Ability to utilize computers, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other programs used by the department
- Ability to utilize DBS, CAT systems, Salesforce, Power Bi, and any upcoming software implementation
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle fleet management
- Ability to interact with courtesy and maintain a professional approach
- Critical thinking skills to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Up to one year of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Travel:
- Up to 5% travel may be expected
- Occasional field visits

- This position involves being in stationary positions; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.

- Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, monitors, and photocopiers
- Occasionally moves materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.
Work Environment:
- This job is generally performed in a professional office environment, in environmentally controlled conditions
- Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
