Enjoy job responsibilities that may include:
- Implement and support vital cybersecurity protections, procedures, and controls including Microsoft Defender, conditional access policies, Sentinel, Mimecast, etc. Respond to cybersecurity incidents. Coordinate penetration tests annually.
- Support Microsoft Azure including InTune, Autopilot, ARC, virtual PCs (DaaS) and servers, PowerApps, CoPilot, M365, Teams, etc.
- Support on-premise Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Maintain internal corporate applications including ManageEngine ServiceDesk+, EndPoint Central, PDQ, etc.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Patch & maintain Windows Servers, hypervisors, VEEAM backups, hosted third party applications, etc.
- Implement and support the corporate network which consists of Palo Alto and Meraki firewalls, switches, VPN solutions, internet carriers, etc.
- Escalating technology issues to vendors and partners when necessary.
We are considering candidates who meet the following basic qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Additional experience is welcome.
- Bachelor's degree or related professional certifications in Information Technology required.
- Current certification(s) in Microsoft systems management, cybersecurity, network management, ITIL, etc., preferred.
- A background in professional services consulting in architecture, engineering or construction is considered a plus.
