Operations Support Coordinator

A forward-thinking manufacturing and logistics operation is seeking an experienced Operations Support Coordinator to lead training initiatives that support safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and ensuring teams are prepared to perform at a high level.

Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift: First shift
• Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do Each Day

• Deliver, track, and maintain training records using a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Update training plans and position profiles to align with operational needs
• Support new hire orientation and assist with internal audits
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
• Partner with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
• Maintain organized documentation and training records

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience with LMS platforms and curriculum development preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
