Registered Nurse (RN) - Physical Medicine & Rehab Clinic

Location:East Building, 3rd Floor - La Crosse, WI
Schedule:Monday -Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typically 7:30AM - 4:00 PM) | No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call
FTE:0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)

What You'll Do

• Assist providers with Botox and ultrasound-guided injections

• Manage intrathecal pump refills, pain agreements, and urine drug screens

• Support patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI)and complex care needs

• Perform phone triageand EPIC in-basket management

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinic setting

What You Need

• Must Have:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing(minimum)

  • Active RN licensein Wisconsin

  • BLS certification

• Preferred:

  • Minimum 1 year RN experience

  • Strong communication, flexibility, and ability to multitask

  • Resilience and calm demeanor
