**To be considered for the role, you must permanently reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia** The Applications Analyst, Staff, with a focus in Beacon, Phoenix, and/or Research applications, manages or performs work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization's information technology resources. The Epic Application Analyst - Staff helps enhance oncology, research, and transplant care through technology. Configure and maintain clinical tools, resolve Epic workflow issues, and design and configure new IT solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize documentation and ensure efficient, reliable support for providers and patients across the enterprise. Role Overview Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, treatment plans, therapy plans, and notes. Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions. Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders. Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions. Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: Must be certified in Epic module(s) appropriate to area of responsibility as determined by leadership if applicable. Each project and exam as determined for the specific roles must be passed within three (3) attempts. Successful Epic certification(s) completion required within 60 days of final training. Maintain required Epic certification for appropriate role. Experience REQUIRED: Three years to six years of related experience Experience PREFERRED: Previous Epic experience in the training, build, and/or support of the Epic systems electronic health record suite preferred. Healthcare experience desired. Education/training REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
