  • Validate supplier corrective actions to ensure they are robust, sustainable and implemented, applying a risk-based approach to prioritize validation efforts
  • Collaborate with purchasing teams to embed supplier risk results early in sourcing decision process, creating playbooks on how to respond to high-risk suppliers
  • Create and track key performance indicators to measure success of supplier engagement efforts and impact on supply chain workers, communities, etc.
  • Centralize risk insights across programs to inform risk mitigation prioritization

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Sustainability, Social Science, Environmental Science, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research background with experience collecting and managing large datasets to identify trends, risks or impacts
  • Understand social and/or environmental issues within supply chains
