A Typical Shift

• Weld steel or aluminum parts to spec.
• Review prints and instructions before each job.
• Perform checks to make sure quality meets standards.
• Work safely and support your team throughout the shift

To Land This Job

• Previous MIG welding experience (or equivalent training).
• Ability to follow directions, drawings, and shop standards.
• Comfortable with hand tools and welding equipment.
• Strong work ethic and physical stamina.
• Dependable, safe, and ready to show up on time.
