A global logistics operation known for precision, speed, and high-volume distribution is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Logistics Specialist to support shipping, stocking, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values accuracy, and is comfortable adapting to changing business demands.

Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
• Overtime: Mandatory overtime on Saturdays and/or Sundays as required
• Schedule Flexibility Required: Ability to start early, stay late, or work up to 1:00 AM based on business volume

What You'll Do Each Day

• Perform stocking and putaway using Order Selector and Reach Truck equipment
• Pick full-case orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle shipping and stocking of non-conveyable materials
• Support shipping operations through production control activities, including order batching and release
• Complete international shipping documentation to meet export compliance requirements
• Coordinate workflow as part of shipping and stocking operations support
• Assist with on-the-job training when assigned
• Follow warehouse safety standards and operational procedures consistently

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of Reach Truck experience required
• Strong warehouse and logistics background
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to perform repetitive physical motions, including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting
• Comfortable working extended shifts of up to 10 hours per day and additional weekend days when required
• Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand intermediate English
• Experience using RF scanning systems or ability to learn quickly
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work under management direction
