Where Precision Meets Purpose: Order Fulfillment & Customer Support Lead

A highly respected, detail-focused studio serving churches around the world is seeking an Order Fulfillment & Customer Support Lead to oversee daily fulfillment operations, inventory accuracy, and customer communication. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who values structure, craftsmanship, and excellence. The environment is clean, calm, and system-driven, and success comes from consistency, organization, and pride in doing things the right way.

Hours & Pay



  • Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Thursday
  • Hours: 28-32 hours per week, with potential growth up to 36 hours
  • Shift: First shift
  • Pay: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
  • Location: On-site in Baxter, MN



What You'll Do Each Day

Order Fulfillment (Primary Focus)



  • Review daily orders and prioritize shipments by service level
  • Pull, verify, pack, and ship orders with exceptional accuracy
  • Ensure Priority Mail shipments are prepared before the daily USPS pickup
  • Maintain a spotless, organized fulfillment workspace


Inventory Management



  • Learn the full product line and vendor structure within the first 30 days
  • Keep shelves, trim bins, and product areas clearly labeled and organized
  • Track out-of-stock items and support reorder processes
  • Monitor fast-moving inventory while reducing overstock
  • Use checklists and structured systems to maintain a 2-3 week stock model


Customer Support



  • Answer incoming calls with a calm, professional, and friendly tone
  • Assist customers with order-related questions and concerns
  • Route complex issues to the appropriate team member with confidence
  • Collaborate with a remote support assistant to ensure consistent communication


Studio Organization & Leadership Support



  • Restock shipping and packing supplies daily
  • Reset workstations and complete end-of-day cleanup
  • Perform weekly organization of fabric shelves and studio areas
  • Oversee the swatch program, including organization and accuracy
  • Set daily and weekly goals, assign tasks, and provide direction to the support team
  • Help guide team performance to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time



What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications



  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Office and leadership skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
  • Basic computer skills using Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Experience



  • Order fulfillment or warehouse experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Sewing, crafting, or textile knowledge
