Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Temporary assignment (12 weeks)
• Position Level: Non-entry level

What You'll Do Each Day

• Assist with purchasing and procurement activities to support manufacturing operations
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and order status
• Create, track, and update purchase orders accurately
• Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation
• Support inventory needs by coordinating material orders and deliveries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement
• Perform general administrative support related to purchasing functions

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
