As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol in Madison, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming environment for all. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, conditions, or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Assist staff, visitors, and/or patients with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a secure environment, following protocols specific to the location.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related incidents and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
