Sr Data Analyst

  Bachelor's degree in data-analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  
  
• 
  

  4+ years of experience in analytical or business intelligence roles.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong SQL experience performing data extraction, validation, and transformation.

  
  
• 
  

  Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.

  
  
• 
  

  Hands-on experience analyzing datasets in cloud environments (AWS or Databricks preferred).

  
  
• 
  

  Experience conducting data profiling, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings clearly.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  

  Experience supporting CMS programs or working with ACA, QHP, HICS, HIOS, or other healthcare datasets.

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with Databricks notebooks, Delta Lake, Python, or PySpark for exploratory analysis.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with data governance, metadata management, or FISMA/ARS 5.0 reporting needs.

  
  
• 
  

  Understanding of CMS TRA/TLC frameworks and Agile (SAFe) delivery methodologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
