Genesis10 is seeking a Cash Management Implementation Specialist, a hybrid position with a banking company located in New York, NY 10172. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. Compensation: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level. Summary: Our client, a major financial institution, is seeking a Cash Management Implementation Specialist for their corporate client services team. This role involves taking ownership of implementing Cash and Treasury Management services for both Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients. The ideal candidate will manage the entire implementation process, maintain existing client relationships, and support team growth. Responsibilities: Obtain ownership for the implementation of Cash Management and Treasury Management services, such as Domestic/Global Cash Pooling, Domestic/Global Host to Host Service, SWIFT Service, and so on. Manage the implementation process after the client agrees to introduce the service. Maintain existing client relationships (e.g., reply to inquiries, support clients to update/modify/terminate services). Supervise and support junior members of the same team to support the team leader. Participate in ad-hoc projects relating to operational efficiency, documentation, and digitalization. Build strong relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders to identify client needs and to complete implementation of products/services swiftly and appropriately. Proactively follow-up on pending deals, keep track of each deal, and provide status updates to sales managers & relationship managers. Participate in client meetings as necessary to present solutions and demonstrate products/services. Handle customer inquiries correctly and swiftly. Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience. 5+ years of a client-facing role at a major financial institution. Strong knowledge and actual working experience of Corporate Cash Management / Treasury services system/product implementation. Strong team player. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing, in English. Ability to work under pressure and meet time-critical deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficient skills on MS Excel & PowerPoint. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Desired Skills: Japanese language proficiency is preferred.
