Material Handler/Shipping and Receiving Nights

* Employees in this position will adhere to all safety guidelines, policies and procedures including the use of required PPE for their work area and assigned tasks.
* Load and unload trailers using sit-down forklift and pallet jacks.
* Follow truck security seal procedures on inbound, outbound and staged trailers to ensure compliance with Food Quality and security rules and regulations.
* Supply the areas of the Processing Plant with materials such as: sugar, ingredients, cardboard, and labels.
* Keep the automated palletizer and pallet wrapper stocked with material and monitor their operation.
* Operates forklift to load and retrieve material in storage racks.
* Use WMS and/or ERP systems to accurately process inbound and outbound shipments
* Responsible for knowing and following Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures as applicable in various work areas.
* Ensure accuracy in all record keeping, data entry and documentation
