How you will make history here... To plan, coordinate, schedule, and assist in expediting corrective and preventative maintenance activities to ensure the reliability of equipment & infrastructure. The Maintenance Planner will work to minimize equipment downtime and disruptions to production through proactive preparation, functioning as a key link between maintenance and production teams. The planner coordinates with supervisors and technicians (resource planning meetings) to schedule work in a way that aligns with operational goals. This position requires balancing the priorities of different departments to ensure maintenance is performed in a timely and logical sequence. What you will do...
Who you will work with... Maintenance, Operations and Technicians What you bring to the table... High school diploma or GED 2 + years of experience as a general mechanic, electrician, or higher-level maintenance position. It would be great to have... * Computer skills (Microsoft office) * SAP experience a plus * Preferred basic knowledge of equipment (mechanical & electrical). * Basic math skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $77,100-$110,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
