The selected candidate will partner in supporting a variety of client agencies' business needs in the areas of talent acquisition, complement management, special projects, and data reporting. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position serves as an analyst in the Talent Management Division in the General Government HR Office and is responsible for performing operational responsibilities and supporting talent acquisition, complement management, and consultative support for an assigned group of state organizations. The General Government HR Office provides HR support to seventeen diverse agencies some of which are under the Governor's jurisdiction and some that are independent. This position performs talent acquisition responsibilities relative to facilitating agency hiring requests, prepares applicant referrals for agency review, assists in preparing interview self-scheduling, and trouble-shoots Bureau of Talent Acquisition inquiries. Your work will include performing operational processing, tracking, and research relative to employee and position actions within the Personnel Action Requests resource account, reporting tools, and Employee Resource Center/AskHR system. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, 2 days per week in office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
