HOURLY RATE: $31.30 TYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a full-time, on-site position that requires the individual to support the team in their CAD/CAM design workflow within an active production environment. Our department is responsible for surveying, designing, and drafting across multiple crafts (structural, pipe, sheet metal, etc.) for various commercial and government projects. This role is tightly integrated with field operations and production. The CAD/CAM Designer will regularly work with incomplete or evolving information and must be comfortable translating real-world conditions into constructible drawings, layouts, and reference models. Accuracy, adaptability, and clear communication are critical. We are seeking a key team member who can support ongoing work, respond to production-driven priorities, and grow into additional responsibilities through cross-training. Experience in all listed areas is NOT required. Candidates with strong experience in one primary area and the ability to learn others are strongly encouraged to apply. EXPECTATIONS:
