As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic tech and media location. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a welcoming environment for all. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity in accordance with company protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Assist Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as required during emergency situations or incidents at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
