Responsibilities

    Communicate all details regarding fulfillment of sales orders, including status inquiries and tracking details to sales team
  • Obtain all documents needed for sales order processing from sales reps in a timely manner
  • Setup customer details in Great Plains, including payment term and tax-exempt setup requests
  • Allocate equipment to pending orders, according to SOP
  • Communicate with collections team in regard to customer account balance issues
  • Communicate with Red8 operations and purchasing team in regards to backordered items on pending sales orders
  • Act as primary back-up for Red8 accounting personnel during month-end closing process
  • Suggest and help implement improvements to current sales order fulfillment processes and/or controls, including automation and streamlining of existing functions
  • Prepare and/or update the daily sales report
  • Participate in year-end audit
  • Perform physical tasks within the warehouse environment, including bending, stooping, and lifting weights ranging from 5-25 pounds, for tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
  • Support other departments or teams as needed, including assisting in special projects or initiatives.


Qualifications / Education

  • Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access
  • Moderate proficiently with Microsoft Great Plains
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of continuous sales or sales operations experience
  • A background in leasing or other finance industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred
