STV is seeking a Senior NEPA/SEPA Planner to join our growing North Carolina environmental planning team within the Transportation Division. This role is central to delivering high-quality environmental documentation and compliance for transportation and infrastructure projects across the region. As a Senior NEPA/SEPA Planner, you will lead environmental review efforts including Environmental Assessments (EAs), Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Categorical Exclusions (CEs), NEPA/SEPA documentation, Section 404/NEPA Merger materials, and Community Impact Assessments (CIAs). You will direct multidisciplinary analyses, mentor staff, support project managers, and ensure all environmental documentation meets FHWA, FTA, NCDOT, NEPA/SEPA, and other regulatory requirements. You will also support business development through proposal preparation, scope and budget development, and targeted client engagement. The role requires excellent writing, strong regulatory understanding, and a collaborative, proactive approach to project delivery. Key Responsibilities
