Manages and streamlines People & Culture (P&C) operational processes, focusing on improving data accuracy, identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Integrates new technologies, ensures compliance with P&C policies and legal requirements, and supports P&C analytics and reporting efforts to drive informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: or equivalent combination of education and experience, High School diploma / equivalent required. Years of Experience: 2-4 years Field of Expertise: Experienced in supporting HCM solutions, as well as all end users of the system. Preferred Education & Experience
