Leadperson/Fillet 381 - Cherry (Days)

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. To assist supervisor in operation of department
2. Responsible for meeting tray pack quality, yield, productivity and safety within established guidelines
3. Responsible for training of employees
4. Responsible for making proper rotation and replacement of employees on the line when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete/metal grate floor
• Able to work in cold environ 40 degrees
• Must be able to communicate in English (oral and written)
• Prefer bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have basic computer skills
• Able to lift up to 60lbs
• Able to use hand-held tools (ex. Knives, scissors, etc.)
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing and pulling arm motions required
• Good overall work and attendance record
• Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others on the line
