Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RCM Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage data analytics for 3-4 clients simultaneously, focusing on optimizing revenue cycle performance through advanced data analysis and reporting. You will leverage tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, and AWS to deliver actionable insights and drive process improvements for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics for clients.
  • Utilize Python for advanced data manipulation, automation, and statistical modeling.
  • Work within AWS environments to manage data pipelines and ensure secure, scalable data solutions.
  • Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue cycle optimization.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide regular performance reports and consultative guidance to clients.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, RDS) for data storage and processing.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including clinical, financial, and operational data.
  • Knowledge of ETL frameworks and data pipeline development.
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases and advanced BI tools.
