Job Title: RN - Critical Care Location: Sylmar, CA 91342 Duration: 03 Months to Long-Term Schedule: 12-hour shifts; minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed (Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays) Summary: We are seeking experienced NICU Critical Care Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, compassionate care to premature and critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting. The RN will play a vital role in both patient care and family support while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Role & Responsibilities: Provide continuous, specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU environment. Monitor, assess, and respond to the complex medical needs of newborn patients. Support and educate families throughout the infant's care journey. Float within the assigned facility and/or between client facilities as needed. Accept workweek assignments across facilities based on operational needs. Required Qualifications: RN license in the State of California. Minimum one (1) year of recent Level III NICU experience as a Critical Care RN. AHA BLS and PALS certifications. AAP/AHA NRP and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification. MAB or CPI certification. LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City Fire).
