We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: ICU Registered Nurse in Vancouver, WA.

Requirements:

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Required Skills: Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Central Venous Pressure Monitoring (CVP), Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVA/Acute Stroke management, Emergency Medications, Epicardial Pacing Wire Care and Management, External ventricular drain (EVD), GI surgery, Infection Prevention, Lumbar drains, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Post Craniotomy, Post Neurosurgery management, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Pulmonary edema, Pulmonary embolism, Respiratory failure, Sheath Removal, Spinal cord injury, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Traumatic Brain injury, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), ICP monitoring, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Management of dysrhythmias, PICC line management, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Ventilator Management
