This role is for a senior, highly influential UX Designer who leads complex design challenges and shapes product strategy. You will own outcomes for major initiatives, define scalable and sustainable solutions, and advocate for a user-centered approach across teams and programs.

What you'll do:



  • Lead the design vision for mature products, complex programs, or emerging areas, owning outcomes and delivering scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Define, develop, and evangelize long-term UX and product strategy across multiple adjacent initiatives
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in UX design principles, user-centered product development, design systems, and research tools
  • Partner closely with engineering to communicate design intent, negotiate tradeoffs, and guide implementation of design specifications
  • Drive design improvements using UX testing, stakeholder feedback, and data and metrics to assess impact and user trends
  • Build alignment and gain support for design strategies across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contribute to project prioritization, resource coordination, and identifying opportunities to expand scope and impact
  • Create innovative design solutions grounded in user insights, business needs, and industry trends to support KPIs
  • Anticipate design constraints and clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions
  • Lead and scale holistic design processes, design systems, or design languages across teams and products
  • Mentor and guide other UX designers on ideation, research, and design execution, or independently conduct research to inform direction
  • Apply and evolve UX frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems, using writing and design tools to visualize concepts and build prototypes
  • Tailor deliverables by product and platform, ensuring adherence to templates, style guides, and accessibility standards
  • Identify user needs and solve strategic, product, or technical constraints through collaborative, research-informed design


Required skills and experience:



  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning
  • Deep knowledge of product design principles and methodologies
  • Experience designing for interactive technologies
  • Expertise in UX research methods
  • Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to craft
  • Ability to analyze and interpret user behavior
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Systems thinking mindset
  • Demonstrated excellence in design execution
