In this role, you willoverseethe day-to-day operations of theInformation Technology (IT) organization, manage and mentorITleaders andstaff, andpartnerwithother business leaders to understand theircurrent and future ITneeds and design and implementtechnologysolutions.You willcombine your industry experience andknowledge ofindustry trends toadviseand develop Chatham's business ITstrategy, including accountability for the overall IT budget.This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems, the delivery of top-notch technical support, and the protection of sensitive data and assets.

In this role, you will:



  • Develop and execute Chatham's IT strategy aligned with company goals.


  • Oversee planningandmanagement of the IT budget.


  • Oversee the ongoing operation, maintenance, and upgrades of Chatham's IT infrastructure across multiple office locations, data centers,andthecloud.


  • Manage daily operationsof the team, consistent with organizational and team goals.


  • Evaluate, negotiate,and managevendorcontracts.


  • Lead and mentor a diverseand talentedteamof IT professionals.


  • Ensure compliance withinternal controls and applicableindustry regulations.


  • OverseeIT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.


  • Oversee teams responsible for Tier 1 and 2technicalsupport, IT Infrastructure services,and Digital Workplace Services.


  • Engage with business users to drive technology adoption andworkplace productivity.


  • Partnerwith businessleadersand senior management toalignITinitiativeswithbusinessgoals.


  • Develop, track,and report onthekeyperformance indicators and service levelobjectives.



Contributors to your success:



  • Minimum5years of experiencein a similar or equivalent role.


  • Extensive team management experiencewithabilityto lead and motivatediverseteams.


  • Bachelor's or master'sdegree in computer science, information systems, business management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


  • Experiencewithcloud-basedinfrastructure design, migration,and operations(Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud).


  • Data center,multi-site,and multi-geographical experience.


  • Demonstratedunderstanding of infrastructure designandoperational best practices,current and emerging industrysecurity standards,risk management,disaster recoveryplanning,and program management.


  • Demonstrated experience managing capital andoperationsITbudgets.


  • Exceptionaloral and written communication skills.


  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with technical and non-technical audiences.


  • Excellent critical/structured analysis, strategic planning, and project execution skills


  • Team player with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service.
