Precision Assembly & Quality Technician - Immediate Openings

Hours & Pay: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

As a Precision Assembly & Quality Technician, you'll help assemble, inspect, and package essential human-use products while working with cutting-edge tools and equipment. Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare, assemble, and inspect human-use product components with precision
  • Package finished products in compliance with quality standards
  • Operate hand-held tools and light machinery safely
  • Follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all procedures and guidelines
  • Lift up to 50 lbs collaboratively and 20 lbs independently, as required for assembly tasks
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and changing production environment
  • Collaborate with team members or work independently to meet production goals



Qualifications & Requirements



  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions while standing or sitting for extended periods
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read rulers marked in inches and millimeters
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain quality standards
