Make an impact in a dynamic environment The Product Line (PL) Global S&OP & Materials Leader executes the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, in every job and task. The role leads the materials organization responsible for planning, scheduling, and delivering materials required to enable the PL business to meet customer commitments. This leader translates sales demand into physical orders, governs the S&OP/IBP cadence, aligns demand and supply to financial targets, and manages the planning and execution team-including employee training, development, and career progression. The PP - Global S&OP & Materials Manager will be responsible for: Strategy, Governance & Alignment
Executing the "Demand Planning to Revenue Targets" workstream. Align the demand plan to financial (revenue and CAPEX) targets. Create and maintain the inventory strategy to support business plans. Facilitate and govern the S&OP cadence within IBP (including S&OE and MPS integration). Communicate deviations from business strategies and objectives to Executive Leadership. Establish the Planning & Delivery strategy for the PL, supporting S&OE, S&OP/IBP, and Asset/CAPEX processes. Ensure planning and delivery processes are implemented correctly and on time, per Center of Excellence (COE) governance. Lead the deployment and execution of the IBP process for the PL; ensure medium/long-term demand-supply alignment. Govern and facilitate the complete S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment and participation from Sales, Operations, Product Line, Service Delivery, Procurement & Sourcing, Finance, and AMO. Incorporate MPS feedback into S&OP plans; monitor supply alignment and identify risks/opportunities to the revenue plan.
Demand Planning & Order Management
Establishing the Planning & Delivery strategy for the PL, supporting S&OE, S&OP/IBP, and Asset/CAPEX processes. Ensuring planning and delivery processes are implemented correctly and on time, per Center of Excellence (COE) governance. Leading the deployment and execution of the IBP process for the PL; ensure medium/long-term demand-supply alignment. Incorporating MPS feedback into S&OP plans; monitor supply alignment and identify risks/opportunities to the revenue plan.
Demand Planning & Order Management
Converting demand plans into physical orders or forecasts; prioritize orders to meet business goals. Executing order strategies/allocations across regions and manufacturing plants; route orders to the appropriate sites. Managing and process order exceptions; ensure timely and accurate order-date communications across COE/PL/Sales/Service Delivery. Overseeing Order Management/Customer Service governance to drive higher-quality inputs and accuracy of delivery commitments. Ensuring orders are appropriately maintained in SAP (e.g., aged orders, date changes, status cleanliness).
Inventory Strategy, Control & Compliance
Creating and maintaining inventory strategies (e.g., Safety Stock settings, stocking strategies for Distribution Centers). Monitoring Safety Stock, global and aging inventory, and weekly trends to ensure monthly/annual targets are met. Reviewing and reducing Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) by engaging regions and cross-functional teams. Being accountable for the PL's financial net inventory balances, DSOH targets, and PO budget adherence; publish monthly reports. Owning MRP data quality and material master maintenance. Ensuring compliance to Inventory & Asset policies: inventory verification, customer-owned/consigned stock, and physical verification.
Supply Execution & Delivery Performance
Providing planning and delivering guidance to minimize inventory costs while meeting customer commitments. Working with regional Sales & Service Delivery on prioritizing delivery dates (push-outs/pull-ins). Resolving overall materials allocation across the PL between regions. Identifying supply gaps/misalignments in meeting revenue targets and communicate actions through S&OP. Partnering with Procurement & Sourcing on supplier delivery performance (e.g., Waiting on Parts, Past Dues) and risk mitigation. Monitoring End-to-End Lead Time and drive improvements across the order-to-delivery process.
Assets, Spares & CAPEX
Collaborating with AMO to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured; align delivery timing to business needs. Developing spare parts distribution strategies to support asset repairs and reliability. Be accountable for quarterly CAPEX spend and planning related to Rental Tools.
People Leadership
Leading the materials planning and delivery team; drive employee training, development, and career progression. Fostering a culture of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement; influence stakeholders across functions.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; minimum 7+ years relevant experience. Have a 10+ years relevant business experience, with 2+ years managing teams. Have strong oral/written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Have proven ability to make decisions that directly impact business results; comfort advising business & functional leaders. Have experience in order management, inventory optimization/management, and asset utilization/management. Have deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality; proficiency in material master governance and IBP/S\&OP/MPS practices. Have ability to work with and influence stakeholders across regions and functions. Have strategic thinking with tactical execution and a strong sense of urgency. Have demonstrated team management and development experience. Have APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred. Have people-leader experience (direct or matrix) with Leader of Choice capabilities: Drive Culture, Inspire People, Achieve Results, Growth Mindset. Have lean/Continuous Improvement mindset; data-driven decision-making. Have consistently applies the HSE 5 fundamentals in all activities to ensure a safe, compliant, and reliable operation.
