You will collaborates with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into scalable, production-ready solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

The AI/ML Engineer is a multidisciplinary technical expert responsible for developing and deploying intelligent systems across a wide spectrum of AI capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in traditional machine learning, scalable data science, classical AI techniques, and cutting-edge generative and agentic solutions. A robust software engineering background is essential to ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of AI/ML systems in production.

• Design and implement ML models for structured and unstructured data across supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning paradigms
• Build scalable data science solutions using distributed computing frameworks and cloud-native architectures
• Develop classical AI systems including rule-based engines, expert systems, and symbolic reasoning components
• Architect and deploy generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and agentic frameworks for autonomous decision-making
• Collaborate with MLOps and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models
• Write clean, modular, and testable code for AI/ML applications, adhering to software engineering best practices
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable impact

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering, with demonstrated work across multiple AI domains
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Bolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000 depending on years of experience and credentials

Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
