The Lead Product Marketing Manager for Governance Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, competitive positioning, and launch execution for Workiva's GRC solutions, with a primary focus on Risk Management. This role develops differentiated product positioning, leads end-to-end launch planning, partners closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Industry Principles to ensure GRC innovations are showcased consistently and effectively across all internal and external channels. The ideal candidate brings deep GRC domain expertise, strong competitive understanding, and experience operating in highly cross-functional, fast-moving environments. This role contributes to the direction of the GRC portfolio and serves as a strategic connector across Workiva's go-to-market, product, and sales organizations.
