We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect specializing in the Microsoft Cloud stack to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining both application and data integrations within the Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Power Platform environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in integration development, aligning technical design with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain key application pipelines between Microsoft D365 and independent service vendors (ISVs).
  • Develop and maintain data integrations supporting the connections between Microsoft D365 and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Support the connections between various instances of Microsoft D365 and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Support ERP and Data Warehouse platforms as needed to ensure operational uptime and optimal business value.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in application development and integration with ERP platforms (Microsoft D365 preferred).
  • Proven expertise in cloud architecture and instance lifecycle management.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards for cloud environments.
  • Ability to manage application and data integration development to scale through techniques such as re-use.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with integration tools and platforms such as Power Platform, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Fivetran.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning integration within cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools, specifically Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with ITSM tools and processes.

The expected salary for this position is between $109,264.00 and $147,236.00 and will be eligible for incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
