The Position
2026 Summer Intern - Cell and Tissue Genomics Department Summary The Department of Cell and Tissue Genomics is seeking a talented and motivated summer intern to drive the development and scale-up of advanced cell culture models for high-throughput single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) based screens. In this role, the candidate will work hands-on with complex in vitro models (organoids, co-cultures), focusing on model development, robust characterization, and establishing protocols for screening applications. This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site. The Opportunity

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $40.00 - $46.00 per hour.Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
