We are looking for an experienced EAM Systems Analyst III to join our team. In this role, you will support and enhance Enterprise Asset Management systems, including SAP IS-U and related applications. You will act as a liaison between business and IT, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide solution architecture and application support for SAP IS-U Enterprise Asset Management, focusing on device management, construction, and service order management.
  • Manage device master data, meter installations/configurations, meter read cycles, work order workflows, and mobility solutions.
  • Debug and resolve SAP PM and DM issues using tables, function modules, BADIs, and other technical objects.
  • Respond to service desk tickets and resolve issues within SLAs.
  • Support software upgrades, perform impact analysis, design solutions, and conduct testing.
  • Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with development teams.
  • Develop compliance workflows and device management services.
  • Create reports and perform ad hoc data analysis to support business needs.
  • Participate in integration, regression, and upgrade testing; assist with user acceptance testing and performance tuning.
  • Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Stay current with industry trends and SAP advancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10 years of SAP application support and development experience.
  • Expertise in SAP IS-U EAM, device management, and work management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PM/DM objects and compliance workflows.
  • Utility industry experience is required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Primarily sedentary work with occasional standing and walking.
  • Minimal travel (<5%).
