Compliance DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: Chandler, AZ Division:Road Summary The Safety & Compliance Assistant supports department leadership by managing daily compliance activities related to driver qualification files, ELD logs, safety camera events, vehicle licensing, and fuel processes. This role maintains high-volume, audit-ready records in systems such as Tenstreet, Geotab, and Netradyne to ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations. The position also provides cross-functional support for fuel tax and vehicle licensing activities, including Comdata fuel card administration. Duties and Responsibilities (position will include a combination of the following) Driver Qualification (DQ) Management
ELD & Hours-of-Service (Geotab)
Camera & Event Review (Netradyne)
Fuel and Licensing Cross-Training
General Compliance & File Control
Weekly & Monthly Compliance Activities
Regulatory Compliance

Skills & Abilities
Physical Demands Work is generally sedentary, with no specific need for physical coordination or effort. May require physical effort associated with using the computer to access information, or occasional standing, walking, lifting needed to carry out everyday activities. Hours can be extensive as well as occasionally staggered for multi-shift access. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision. Minimal travel maybe required for this role domestically and internationally. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. For this position, the expected base pay range is $20.50 - $27.50 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
