Position Overview:
The Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing the growth and strategic direction of the Freedom Flex and Technical Sustainment Programs, as well as any new similar initiatives. This role ensures compliance with contract terms and system capabilities while promoting effective communication across internal teams. The Programs Manager will act as a key liaison, driving program initiatives and supporting operational teams in meeting program objectives. The Program Manager is Responsible for the growth of the programs managed.
Responsibilities:
Contract Management & Negotiation
- Engage in customer-facing negotiations, including redlining contract terms.
- Develop, implement, and manage contract agreements and proposal language.
- Oversee contract amendments, extensions, and terminations, ensuring accurate representation in Salesforce.
Program Oversight & Implementation
- Manage and grow Freedom Flex and Technical Sustainment Programs.
- Provide annual pricing and tools for quotes and proposals.
- Collaborate with Finance for accurate billing and invoicing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training
- Serve as liaison across internal teams (CSS, SS, CS, RMA, Finance, TS, Salesforce Support/Development).
- Deliver training on program updates, processes, and requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual processes.
Systems & Data Integrity
- Engage with Salesforce Support and Development for system requests and monitor progress.
- Verify data integrity for assets, dates, work orders, and service contracts.
- Track upgrades and replacements to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance
- Ensure timely processing of RMAs and manage Freedom Flex stock availability.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with program contract terms and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in contract management, program administration, or operations within a corporate environment.
- Experience with customer-facing negotiations and contract redlining.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, compliance requirements, and pricing structures.
- Ability to manage complex programs and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and process optimization, ideally including exposure to AI-driven tools.
Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000, additional 9% annual bonus
