Job DescriptionVisa's North America Client Marketing Services (NA CMS) team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead core business operations and strategic planning. Marketing Services is a rapidly growing business that delivers value to clients through marketing advisory, campaign execution, sponsorships, and program activation in close partnership with Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), and the Global Marketing Services team. As a senior member of the Business Planning and Operations (BPO) team, you will drive operational excellence, ensure strong financial and pipeline management, streamline processes, and enable the Marketing Services business to scale efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, operations, and analytics - and who is energized by improving how marketing delivers measurable impact for clients and for Visa. You will operate with autonomy, lead crossfunctional initiatives, and serve as a strategic partner to Client Marketing leaders. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 153,700.00 to 223,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
