The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick (
EMNB) is comprised of eight student-facing and administrative units: Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, and the One Stop Student Services Center, as well as business, information technology, and strategy and analytics administrative teams. The division employs over 100 full-time staff and an additional 200+ student employees to fulfill its mission. The Office of the Registrar serves as the custodian of student academic records. Through personalized, registration, transcripts and verifications, posting of grades and degrees, changes in residency, registration calendars, name and address changes, and awarding of diplomas, all while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. It provides and maintains essential processes and responds to inquiries with confidentiality and integrity for students, faculty, and administrators. |

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Supportive Services Coordinator for The Office of the Registrar. This position will report directly to an Associate Registrar, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Associate Director.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides comprehensive support for student registration processes across all student populations-graduate, undergraduate, and visiting students.
- Oversees the processing of withdrawals, leaves of absence, school-to-school transfers, and re-enrollment applications on behalf of the undergraduate and graduate deans.
- Assists with transcript production, verifications, diploma issuance and mailings, grade changes, course coding and prefixing, transfer credit evaluations, study abroad documentation, and roster submissions.
- Responds to inquiries related to special populations, including but not limited to high school programs, veterans, student-athletes, consortium participants, and cross-registration with Rutgers Health.
- Monitors and delegates email and phone inquiries, as appropriate.
- Serves as team leads within the office and will be cross-trained in all functions.
- Acts as Work Efficiency Officers to ensure the accuracy and quality of all completed tasks.
- Supports general office operations and administrative functions.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and at least two (2) years of experience within a large University Student Services office; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
