Yard Coordinator

Milton Rents is looking for a dependable and motivated Yard Technician to support our equipment rental operations. This role is key to keeping our yard organized and our equipment ready for customers.

Pay range: $20.00-$24.00 an hour

What You'll Do:

Inspect, clean, and prepare rental equipment for delivery or return.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment from trucks.
• Perform basic maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
• Support drivers and mechanics with equipment handling and logistics.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED, trade school certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid medical card and/or ability to obtain medical card.
• Valid driver's license.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending.
• Ability to work inside and outside in variable weather conditions.
