About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Product Support Representative to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will provide technical troubleshooting, product guidance, and warranty support for consumer product lines. You'll work closely with customers via phone and email to resolve issues, answer product questions, and ensure timely documentation and case processing. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver technical support through phone and email to ensure a positive customer experience. * Answer product-related questions on features, benefits, installation, sizing, and compatibility. * Execute call center documentation and case processing. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and assorted tools. * Respond to emails and voicemails promptly; assist with product replacement or repair programs. * Develop FAQs and troubleshooting guides; review training presentations and technical materials. * Organize and document processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency. * Ensure timely electronic capture of consumer and case information in internal systems. Must-Have Qualifications: * 1+ year experience in marine electronics, boating accessory installations, or RV electrical installations (or similar technical experience with AC/DC electrical systems). * Practical knowledge of AC/DC wiring, wire termination, circuit analysis, and use of diagnostic tools (e.g., DVM). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn ERP/internal systems. Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications: ABYC, NMEA, or MEI. * Prior experience in consumer technical support. * FCC License is a plus. Soft Skills: * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Ability to read and interpret schematics, safety rules, and technical manuals. * Highly organized, team-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude. Work Environment: * Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. * Hybrid schedule (onsite 2 days/week). * Team size: 15 members.
