A Day In The Life The Digital Performance Manager (DPM) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and solutions that enhance the online presence and sales capabilities of our dealer network. You will work closely with field teams and assigned dealers to ensure their digital platforms are optimized for performance, delivering a superior customer experience, and driving sales growth through effective digital marketing and data analytics. Additionally, this position will manage relationships with third-party providers on Toyota Dealer Digital Solutions (TDDS) program to ensure they deliver high-quality services that support our dealers' modern retailing objectives. As a Digital Performance Mgr you will:
- Will serve as field point person on the Toyota Digital Dealer Solutions 3.0 (TDDS) platform and will leverage all tools within the platform to assist dealers to identify areas of opportunity as it relates to online sales & service performance o Lead View o Digital Dealer Evaluation 2.0 (DDE) o SPARK Reports o Insight Analytics o Dealer eMystery Shops o Dealer Websites o Website Performance Reviews o Toyota Social Publishing *
- Support field teams in evaluating and elevating dealership digital vehicle merchandising performance through targeted marketing and sales initiatives. Subject matter expert in identifying modern retail opportunities and challenges, providing expert guidance and support to improve their online performance.
- Collaborate with dealers to identify digital retail opportunities and challenges, providing expert guidance and support to improve their online performance.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, customer feedback, digital marketing metrics, and third-party provider performance, using data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement. *
- Ensure alignment with broader Business Intelligence initiatives to create a data-driven approach by monitoring and analyzing website performance, customer feedback, digital marketing metrics, and third-party provider effectiveness, using insights to guide strategic decisions and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with the GST Marketing team to ensure alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that digital platforms, campaigns, and third-party services are aligned with brand standards and business objectives. *
- Manage and evaluate third-party providers, holding them accountable for supporting our dealers through superior service delivery, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. *
- Consult and support dealers in using digital tools and platforms effectively, fostering a digital-first culture within our dealer network. *
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of digital marketing and leverage training opportunities (be a student of digital marketing and the automotive industry) *
- Develop and share best practices to improve tier 3 digital marketing in collaboration with GST Marketing team to align with tier 2 strategies and best practices
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree Pref
- 5 + years equivalent experience
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is customer (internal and external) focused.
- Strong capability to provide Business Insight (Medium proficiency)
- Identifies, prioritizes and implements process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to correlate dealership operational activity with resulting financial impact.
